Shulamis Kener, LCSW, CIMHP

mIND, BODY, SOUL

People come to therapy for many reasons, and finding the right fit isn’t always easy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional and specialize in working with young adults and adult populations. My role is to offer a space where your healing process can freely unfold through compassion, curiosity, practices and practical tools that support awareness and genuine forward movement.

About Me

Meaningful change begins with feeling safe enough to explore your experiences openly and honestly. My approach is warm and collaborative, helping clients develop deeper self-understanding, self-trust, compassion, and insight while creating lasting change.

I work with young adults and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, struggling in relationships, navigating life transitions, experiencing low self-worth, emotional regulation difficulties, or the impact of unresolved childhood experiences. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape your life, helping you cultivate greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and a more authentic connection with yourself and others.

Drawing from integrative and trauma-informed approaches, I incorporate parts work, inner child healing, somatic practices, mindfulness, nutrition, lifestyle factors, and practical tools to support meaningful and lasting change while honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I strive to meet you where you are while gently encouraging growth, offering both support and honest reflection. I invite you to connect for a brief conversation to explore your needs and whether we might be a good fit.
